2. Personalisation You are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details submitted at the time of ordering are accurate, including names, dates, and any other custom text. We will produce your item exactly as specified. We cannot be held responsible for errors in the information provided by the customer.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
