Where We Ship We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Processing Times As all of our products are personalised and made to order, please allow 3–4 weeks for your item to be made before it is dispatched. We recommend ordering well in advance of your event date.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping – £2.99
• Express Shipping – £4.99

Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Busy Periods During peak seasons (e.g. Valentine's Day, wedding season), processing times may be slightly longer. We will always aim to keep you informed of any delays.
