The Finishing Touches – Refund Policy
Because our products are personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply because you've changed your mind. Each item is crafted especially for you, and as such cannot be resold.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at abbi@thefinishingtouches.co.uk with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Incorrect Personalisation If we have made an error with the personalisation details you provided, we will replace the item free of charge. Please double-check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order, as we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for errors in the information you submitted.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided production has not yet begun. After this window, we are unable to cancel orders as work will have already started on your personalised item.
